IS THERE PARKING?

We offer limited complimentary on-site secure parking for our guests. Our parking facility perfectly fits small cars, mid-sized SUVs, and compact trucks like Toyota Tacoma’s. For those traveling with oversized SUVs and full-sized trucks, ample street parking is readily available right in front of the hotel. Metered parking is a breeze, operational from Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 5 pm at a rate of $1.25/hr, and free outside these hours, including overnight stays. While parking is highly sought after, we diligently allocate spaces 24 hours in advance to ensure your peace of mind. Should you have any specific parking needs or require off-site options, we are more than happy to guide you to free or extended-hour parking within a close 1-3 block radius of the hotel. Rest assured, we are committed to making your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible, starting right from where you park.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
Although we love pets, please leave them at home. We are 100% pet free.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Our standard check-in time is 4pm / Checkout time is 11am.

CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT?
Early check-ins can be arranged (depending on availability) up to 2hrs prior to standard check-in time of 4pm for free. If you require a check-in before 2pm you will be subject to a $50 fee. Early check-ins must be arranged 24hrs prior to your arrival and must be communicated by email or phone call.
Our checkout time is 11 a.m., at which point your access code will deactivate. If you depart earlier, we ask that you let us know via email or text so we may adjust our cleaning schedules. If you’d like to request a 1hr extension for a checkout of 12pm, please let us know at least 1 day in advance and we will be happy to accommodate if this option is available. Any late checkout past 12pm will be charged a $50 fee.
We are a small boutique hotel, so all our reservations, cancellations and timely checkouts are all vital to our operation. If a guest checks out after 11 a.m. without prior approval, that guest will be subject to a $50 fee. Please email info@stirlingsuites.com

DO YOU HAVE A SPA, FITNESS CENTER OR POOL?
All our guests have access to the sauna and cold plunge which is available between the hours of 2pm – 10pm daily. The local community center is located ½ block away from the hotel (Nelson & District Aquatic Center) which includes a gym, pool, hot tub, and steam room. Pool/beach towels are provided in your suite.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
We do not have a restaurant on-site, however we are only a few minutes walk to many restaurants, coffee shops and the local Kootenay co-op health food grocery store. All of our suites have a full kitchen if you would like to cook your own meals. You can also order take out to the hotel; however, you must meet the delivery person at the front door to receive your order. Please do not give out your access code.

DO YOU HAVE SKI AND OR BIKE STORAGE?
Yes, we have secure covered bike storage and indoor heated ski storage, a tuning table and boot heaters. Ski/snowboards and/or bikes are not permitted inside the hotel. Please let us know if you will need storage for these items.

DO YOU HAVE CONNECTING ROOMS?
We do not have connecting rooms. We do however, have many options of booking guests directly across the hall from one another or next to each other on the same floor.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE GROUPS?
Yes, Stirling Suites is the perfect hotel for hosting large groups. Please email the hotel at info@stirlingsuites.com and let us know what / when you are looking to book.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES OR ROOM BLOCKS?
Yes, we offer group rates when you book 6 suites or more. Please email the hotel at info@stirlingsuites.com and let us know what / when you are looking to book.

IS THERE DAILY HOUSE KEEPING?
Certainly! We are pleased to offer the option of daily housekeeping services upon request. For guests staying 7 days or more, we provide complimentary weekly housekeeping. As an example, if a guest books a week-long stay, we will ensure a mid-stay cleaning. Guests are welcome to reach out to us via phone or email for any additional items they may require during their stay.
