HOTEL POLICIES
Security Surveillance
For guest safety and security, there is 24/7 monitored security surveillance in the hallways and around the exterior of the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of the hotel or on balconies.
Any evidence or complaints of smoking in the hotel may result in a $500 fee. (This includes tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense, cigars and burning candles.)
Pets
We’re a pet-free environment. Violators are subject to a $500 fee.
Deliveries
Guests must be present for any third-party deliveries (food, drink, services) unless otherwise communicated to management as a special request. No vendors are allowed in the hotel unless accompanied by a guest or management. Please meet all deliveries at the front door. Do not give out your access code.
Noise
We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests, and that noise is kept to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No congregating in the hallways. We reserve the right to contact guests in the event of complaints or excessive noise, and to issue fees of up to $200 or eviction if it remains a problem.
Parties
Unless a guest has secured prior approval from hotel management, Stirling Suites does not allow parties or more than two outside visitors at a time.
Loss or Damage to the Property
Upon booking, we require a credit card on hold for any damages and/or excessive cleanings associated with anything beyond normal use of our amenities during a guest’s stay. The guest authorizes Stirling All Suites Hotel to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning textiles and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room; and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls, and fixtures; and replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc.
All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to its original placement prior to checking out.
Hotel Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. Hotel management has the right to request that any guest vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
