Reservations

Reservations are held with a credit card and charged the full amount plus any fees associated with your card on the day of check-in.  Your card will be held on file for any incidentals/damage, missing items or excessive cleaning to your room. The hotel reserves the right to charge your card accordingly to cover these costs.


Cancellations

For standard bookings cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Any cancellation made between 5 days and 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged the first night’s stay + taxes and fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. For group bookings please refer to your booking agreement for cancellation policy. There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures. Occupancy

Guests must maintain a maximum of two overnight guests per single bed suites, and a maximum of four overnight guests per one-bedroom suite or a suite with two queen beds. Outside visitors must be communicated to management prior to their arrival. Children must be registered at time of booking as guests staying in the suite.


Accessibility

Stirling All Suite Hotel, is a two story walk up. The building does not have an elevator. If you are booking a stay with us please know that the suites located on the 3rd and 4th floor are accessed by an interior staircase. Our Garden suites and 2nd floor suites are more accessible for anyone who may have mobility issues. We do not have wheelchair suites or wheelchair ramps. Please call or email the hotel if you need further information regarding accessibility.


Check-In Policy

As an “invisible service” hotel, Stirling Suites has no on-site concierge or personnel. 48hrs prior to your arrival, you will be provided with check-in instructions with an access code for the front door, your suite and gate for parking. If you need check-in help, we can be reached from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. via text (250-354-8099), via phone (250-352-1715) or via email ([email protected]).


Checkout and Late Checkout

Our normal checkout time is 11 a.m., at which point your pin code will deactivate.
If you depart earlier than that, we ask that you let us know via text (250-354-8099) or phone (250-352-1715) so that we may adjust our cleaning schedules.

If you’d like to request up to 1 to 2 hours of late checkout, we are happy to accommodate in most circumstances if this option is available. Please send us a message, and we can plan accordingly. Unless otherwise arranged, your pin code is set to deactivate at 11 a.m. on checkout day.

Because we are a small boutique hotel, reservations, cancellations, and timely check-ins and checkouts are all vital to our operation: If a guest checks out after 11 a.m. without prior approval, that guest will be subject to a $200 fee.
