Security Surveillance

For guest safety and security, there is 24/7 monitored security surveillance in the hallways and exterior of the property.


Smoking is not permitted in any of our suites, on balconies or common areas. When smoking outside of the hotel you must maintain a, 7meter (23feet) distance from any doorways, windows or air vents.

Any evidence or complaints of smoking in the hotel room or on balconies may result in a $500 fee. (This includes tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense, cigars and burning candles.)


We’re a pet-free environment. Violators are subject to a $500 fee.


Guests must be present for any third-party deliveries (food, drink, services) unless otherwise communicated to management as a special request. No vendors are allowed in the hotel unless accompanied by a guest or management. Please meet all deliveries at the front door or walk-through gate.


We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests in in the hotel, and that noise is kept to a minimum between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. We reserve the right to contact guests in the event of complaints or excessive noise, and to issue fees of up to $250 or to remove the guests from the hotel if it remains a problem.


Stirling Suites does not allow parties or more than two outside visitors at a time.

There are no exceptions. Guests will be given one warning and if they do not comply, they will be asked to vacate their suite and the property.

Lost or Damaged Property

Upon booking, we require a credit card on hold for any damages and/or excessive cleanings associated with anything beyond normal use of our amenities during a guest’s stay. For group bookings a damage deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded 24/hrs after checking out if the suites are left in good standing. However, in the event of damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost items, the guest authorizes Stirling All Suites Hotel to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning textiles and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room; and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures; and replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, remote controls, etc. The property reserves the right to charge the card on file accordingly to cover any such costs.

Hotel Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. Hotel management has the right to request that any guest vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her and cut off access to your room.
