Reservations

Reservations are held with a credit card and charged the full amount plus any fees associated with your card on the day of check-in. Your card will be held on file for any incidentals/damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning to your room. The hotel reserves the right to charge your card accordingly to cover these costs.

Cancellations

For standard bookings cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Any cancellation made within the 5 days prior to check-in will be charged for the first night’s stay + taxes and fees. Cancellations made on the same day as arrival will be charged the full amount and will only be refunded if the nights cancelled can be re-booked. For group bookings please refer to your booking agreement for cancellation policy. For extended stays, cancellations must be made 15 days prior to your arrival for no extra charge. The 10% fee at time of booking is non-refundable. There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures. Please call us at (250) 352-1715 or email: info@stirlingsuites.com if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property.

Occupancy

The total number of guests must be registered at time of booking, the guest who made the reservation is responsible for the other guests in his/her group. A maximum of 2 outside visitors are allowed at a time. No outside guests allowed between 8pm – 8am. If we get any complaints about you or any of your guests you will be subject to a $200 fee. If there are complaints after hours you will be charged a $200 fee and possible eviction from the property. The hotel is for hotel guests only, no unregistered guests are allowed to sleepover. When traveling with children, they must be registered as guests at time of booking.

Accessibility

Stirling All Suites Hotel is a two story walk up. The building does not have an elevator. If you are booking a stay with us, please know that the suites located on the 3rd and 4th floor are accessed by an interior staircase. Our Garden suites are located on the ground level, and the 2nd floor suites are located at street level making access for anyone who may have mobility issues easier to stay on either of these lower levels. We do not have wheelchair suites or wheelchair ramps. Please call or email the hotel if you need further information regarding
accessibility.

Check-In Policy :

As a modern and convenient hotel, Stirling Suites offers a contactless experience with no front desk or on-site concierge. However, should you require assistance during your stay or have any questions, our team is available by phone (250-352-1715) or email (info@stirlingsuites.com) 24/hrs a day. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a check-in form via email 7 days in advance. It is essential to complete this form promptly to ensure timely receipt of your check-in instructions and parking assignment. Failure to fill out the form will result in a delay in receiving parking allocation and check-in details. Once your check-in form is submitted, you will receive check-in instructions via email 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. These instructions will include access codes and all relative information regarding your stay. Early check-ins can be accommodated (subject to availability) up to 2 hours before the standard check-in time of 4 p.m. at no additional cost. For check-ins before 2 p.m., a $50 fee may apply. Please arrange early check-ins 24 hours in advance via email or phone call.

Checkout and Late Checkout :

Our regular checkout time is 11 a.m., at which point your pin code will deactivate. If you depart earlier, we ask that you let us know via email or text so we may adjust our cleaning schedules. If you’d like to request a 1hr extension for a later checkout of 12pm, please let us know at least 1 day in advance and we will be happy to accommodate if this option is available. Any late checkout past 12pm will be charged a $50 fee. We are a small boutique hotel, so all our reservations, cancellations and timely checkouts are all vital to our operation. If a guest checks out after 11 a.m. without prior approval, that guest will be subject to a $50 fee.

Parking:

Parking is limited and not guaranteed at time of booking. Parking is offered on a first come first serve basis and is determined after the guest fills in their check-in form. Failure to fill in this form, will result in dedicated parking not being assigned. Please note, our parking lot can only accommodate small cars through midsized SUVs and small trucks (Toyota Tacoma or similar). For those traveling with oversized SUVs and full-sized trucks, ample street parking is readily available right in front of the hotel. Metered parking is a breeze, operational from Monday to Saturday between 9 am to 5 pm at a rate of $1.25/hr, and free outside these hours, including overnight stays.

Pets :

We are a pet free property.

Quiet Time :

10pm – 7am

All guests must respect the quiet time of the hotel, this includes: loud music/tv, loud voices. We want to insure all of our guests are comfortable and enjoying a quiet sleep environment. We have a one warning policy, any guests that continue to not follow hotel policies will be asked to leave.

Sauna :

Our sauna is available daily from 2pm – 10pm, for all guests enjoyment . Guests must read and follow the rules of the sauna before use.
