Our Journey
We’ve recently completed a comprehensive interior renovation here at Stirling All Suites Hotel. Working closely with local architects and carpenters, we’ve ensured that every aspect of our heritage building has been restored to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Allow us to introduce ourselves – we’re Elon and Marika, lifelong residents of Nelson and proud owners of the hotel for over 12 years. Our journey began in 2014 when we embarked on the ambitious task of renovating this historic property. After eight years of dedication and collaboration with local trades, we were thrilled to unveil the fully renovated hotel in December 2022.
Throughout the renovation process, we were hands-on every step of the way, making joint decisions on everything from design to finishing touches. The result exceeded our wildest expectations, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved.
